Return Policy and Right of Withdrawal

1. Exceptions 
Consumers do not have the right of withdrawal in the following situations:
   i. Contracts for goods or services whose prices fluctuate due to market volatility and are not under the control of the seller or provider.  
   ii. Contracts for goods prepared in accordance with the consumer's wishes or personal needs.  
   iii. Contracts for the delivery of perishable goods or goods that may expire.  
   iv. Contracts for goods with protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping that have been opened after delivery, and whose return is not appropriate for health and hygiene reasons.  
   v. Contracts for goods that have mixed with other products after delivery and cannot be separated by their nature.  
   vi. Contracts for physical products such as books, digital content, and computer consumables that have had their protective elements opened after delivery.  
   vii. Contracts for the delivery of periodicals such as newspapers and magazines, except for those provided under subscription agreements.  
   viii. Products produced specifically for the individual, such as items with names or logos printed on them and fountain pens that have had cartridges installed or ink filled, cannot be returned.

2. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from distance sales contracts within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the goods without assuming any legal or penal liability and without providing any justification. In contracts for the provision of services, this period begins on the date of signing the contract. If it is agreed in the contract that the service will be performed before the expiration of the 7-day period, the consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal until the date the service is to begin.

3. Return Procedure 
If the consumer wishes to exercise the right of withdrawal, they must return the purchased product to the seller using the agreed courier company, Yurtiçi Kargo. If the return is made using the seller’s agreed courier company, the costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal will be borne by the seller. If the product is returned using a courier company other than the seller's agreed courier company, the return shipping costs will be borne by the consumer.  
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must notify the seller via the email address **shop@gursoy.com.tr** within the 7-day period stated above, and the product must be unused in accordance with the provisions of Article 15 titled "Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal" of the Distance Contracts Regulation published in the Official Gazette on 27/11/2014, as well as the provisions of Article 6 of the Distance Sales Contract signed electronically between the parties. The return procedures under the right of withdrawal are also detailed in the Distance Sales Contract.

4. Return Process
After the return request is approved via email from www.gursoyshop.com, the consumer is obliged to return the goods to the seller via the agreed courier company, Yurtiçi Kargo, within 10 (ten) days from the date the notice of withdrawal is received by the seller. If the consumer does not return the goods to the seller within 10 (ten) days from the date of notification of withdrawal, the request for withdrawal will be deemed invalid. If the return request is not approved, the consumer will be informed, and if the product has been sent for return, it will be sent back to the consumer's address with payment due.

5. Special Products and Return Conditions
Due to their nature, returns of single-use products, copyable software and programs, and products that are likely to spoil or expire are not accepted. Unless otherwise agreed by the parties, the consumer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in the following contracts.  
Promotional or campaign products given as gifts must be returned simultaneously with the main product. The return of the gift product can only take place when it is sent back together with the main product.

6. Return Conditions 
For products purchased to be accepted for return under the "Right of Withdrawal," they must be sent to Yurtiçi Kargo in their original box, packaging, and complete and undamaged standard accessories, along with the original invoice. Failure to do so will result in the return request being rejected.  
The consumer should package the products for return in a way that they will not be damaged during shipping and send them through our agreed courier company (Yurtiçi Kargo) to www.gursoyshop.com. Products that are not adequately packaged will not be accepted for return if damaged during shipping.

7. Refund Process
After checking the eligibility of the product for return, the refund will be processed to your card. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear in your account. The refund will be made in the same manner as the payment was made. In the case of installment payments, refunds are made in installments by the banks.
