Refund Process
The refund for your canceled product may vary depending on your bank and could take approximately 10 days. The refund process proceeds as follows:
- Once the product is received by the seller, it will be checked for compliance with the return conditions within 2 business days at the latest.
- If the return conditions are met, your refund will be approved and processed. Depending on your bank's procedures, the refund will be credited to your payment card within 2-10 days.
- If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to your address.
Important Notes:
- Once the refund is processed by your bank, an email notification will be sent to your registered email address. The time it takes for the amount to appear on your card or account depends on your bank.
- Refunds to debit cards may take longer to reflect in your account compared to credit cards.
If your order has not yet been handed over to the shipping company, you can request a change to the delivery address or recipient name. However, once the order has been handed over to the shipping company, no changes can be made. For further support or assistance, please email us at shop@gursoy.com.tr.

Return
The return period for a product is 14 days from the delivery date, provided that the necessary conditions are met. To be eligible for a return, the product's packaging must be intact, unopened, and unused. Returns are accepted only if these conditions are fulfilled.
You can easily and free of charge return the product you purchased within 14 days of the delivery date by sending an email to shop@gursoy.com.tr or contacting us via phone at 444 1933, in compliance with the return conditions. The shipping cost will be covered by us.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging, unopened, and undamaged.
- All complementary accessories must be included and sent in full.
- If any promotional or campaign items were provided as gifts, they must also be returned simultaneously, undamaged, and complete.
- For corporate purchases, the invoice must be included in the return package. For individual purchases, the invoice is not required.
Products Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal:
Products that are not suitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons are excluded. This applies to items where protective elements (such as packaging, tape, seal, or wrapping) have been opened.

You can easily view your invoices through your customer panel—it’s a convenient way to keep track of them! We recommend highlighting this feature for your convenience. For corporate customers, providing a return invoice during the return process is a standard and helpful practice.
Shipping and Delivery
If the courier company is unable to deliver the package to your address, they will leave a notice indicating that you can collect it from the nearest branch. In this case, you are expected to pick up your package within 3 business days. If the package is not collected within the specified time, the return process for your order will be initiated automatically.
We strongly recommend checking your package in the presence of the courier upon delivery. If you notice any damage, breakage, unsealed tape, or suspicious condition, you can return the package to the shipping company before accepting it. You can also request the courier to issue a "Damage Assessment Report" and accept the undamaged items while returning the damaged ones. Please note that for packages accepted without inspection or a “Damage Assessment Report,” responsibility will lie with you. Orders
Orders placed on weekdays before 10:00 AM are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 10:00 AM are shipped on the next business day.
When receiving your order, you should open and inspect the package together with the delivery agent. If any items are missing, please ask the delivery agent to prepare a damage report. If you have a damage report, don’t forget to include a copy of it in your request.
If the product listed on the invoice differs from the one received in the package, you must contact us within 14 days from the delivery date."
