Clarification and Consent Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data

As Gürsoy Tarımsal Ürünler Gıda San. ve Tic. A.Ş., we are sensitive about ensuring and processing the personal data of individuals associated with our Company, including our customers, consumers, and employees, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic of Turkey, international agreements on human rights to which our country is a party, and the relevant legislation, primarily the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK").

- In a manner related, limited, and proportionate to the purposes of processing,
- Accurately and up-to-date,
- For specific, clear, and legitimate purposes.

As the Data Controller, our Company may process your personal data to better understand your needs by getting to know you better without compromising our long-standing quality, to respond to your requests more quickly, to improve our communication with you to provide better service, to offer more personalized products, services, and offers, to conduct analyses for these purposes, to inform you about our products and services, to measure your satisfaction with our products and services, to develop and diversify our products and services according to your requests and needs, and to conduct necessary quality and standard audits or to fulfill our reporting and other obligations required by legislation.

The data of our employees may be processed by our Company or by real or legal persons with whom our Company cooperates or to whom it has authorized, for reasons related to the business, such as fulfilling the obligations stipulated by the Labor Law and the relevant labor and social security legislation, as well as within our human resources policy, or to increase performance levels and employee satisfaction, and to ensure occupational safety and harmony.

Transfer of Your Personal Data 
Your personal data may be transferred, including but not limited to the purposes mentioned above, to group companies as well as to our business partners, business contacts, service providers, and subcontractors in line with the purpose of the service we provide, or to regulatory and supervisory authorities and official bodies in cases provided for by the relevant legislation, either domestically or internationally, in accordance with the KVKK and applicable legislation.

Method of Collection and Legal Reason for Your Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected verbally, in writing, or electronically within the scope and purpose described above.

Your personal data may be collected through various channels, including but not limited to the membership form filled out electronically, the membership form filled during your membership in our loyalty program, social networks, our websites, or contact forms filled out to communicate with us on third-party websites, online shopping applications, electronic book applications, various contracts you have signed with our Company, and electronic mails, faxes, and letters sent to our Company, as well as through written or verbal communications made with our Company.

Your Rights as a Personal Data Owner
In accordance with the KVKK and other applicable legislation, you have the right to:

- Learn whether your personal data has been processed,
- Request information about your personal data if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, domestically or internationally,
- Request the correction of your personal data if they are incomplete or incorrect,
- Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data within the conditions set forth in the KVKK,
- Request that the correction of incomplete or incorrect data and the deletion or destruction of your personal data be communicated to the third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
- Object to the emergence of a result against you by exclusively analyzing the processed data through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages incurred as a result of unlawful processing of your personal data.

You can submit your request to use these rights in writing or in accordance with the method determined by the Personal Data Protection Board if applicable.

In your application, which will include your explanations regarding the right you wish to exercise, the requested matter must be clear and understandable, the matter must be related to you personally, or if you are acting on behalf of someone else, you must be specifically authorized in this regard and document your authority, the application must include your identity and address information, and documents verifying your identity must be attached to the application.
