Hazelnut Bliss Straight from the Jar

Ingredients:
- 3 tablespoons oat flour
- ¼ cup oats
- 1 tablespoon honey or your preferred sweetener
- 6 tablespoons plant-based milk
- 1 tablespoon Gürsoy Hazelnut Oil or any liquid oil
- 1 tablespoon Honuty Honey Hazelnut Spread
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of salt
To decorate your recipe:
- Chocolate
- Gürsoy Natural Hazelnut Kernels
- Seasonal fruits
Preparation
1| In an empty jar of your choice, mix Gürsoy Hazelnut Oil, Honuty Honey Hazelnut Spread, milk, and honey.
2| Add a pinch of salt, baking powder, vanilla extract, oat flour, and oats to the jar and mix well.
3| Let the mixture sit in the jar to allow the oats to swell.
4| Meanwhile, chop the hazelnuts into smaller pieces using a knife.
5| Sprinkle the hazelnuts over the cake batter in the jar. Add the chocolate pieces as well.
6| Without preheating, bake in the air fryer at 180°C (356°F) for 8-9 minutes, checking frequently.
7| Once baked, decorate the cake with your preferred toppings. We chose seasonal fruits!
