Ingredients:
-1.5 cups boiled chickpeas
-Juice of 1 freshly squeezed lemon
-Grated zest of half a lemon
-2 cloves fresh garlic
-A pinch of sea salt
-1 teaspoon table salt
-2 tablespoons high-quality extra virgin olive oil
-Half a cup of boiled chickpea water
-Half a cup of Gürsoy Roasted Hazelnuts
For garnishing your recipe:
-Fresh pomegranate seeds
-Extra virgin olive oil
-Freshly ground black pepper
-Grated lemon zest
-Lightly roasted Gürsoy Hazelnut pieces
Preparation
1| Pour water over the boiled chickpeas and peel off their skins.
2| Blend all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
3| Transfer the prepared mixture to a plate and garnish with olive oil and paprika, pomegranate seeds, grated lemon zest, and roasted hazelnuts.
4| The hummus is ready to serve – enjoy your meal.
