Ingredients:
- 2.5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons water
- 1/4 cup Gürsoy Hazelnut Meal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla powder (or 1 teaspoon vanilla extract)
For serving:
- Seasonal fruits
- Gürsoy Bitter Chocolate Cocoa Hazelnut Spread
Preparation
1| Heat the butter, brown sugar, and water in a pan, stirring until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous. Once fully combined, remove from heat.
2| Add the hazelnut flour, regular flour, and vanilla powder, and continue mixing.
3| Let the mixture cool for about 1 minute.
4| Scoop a spoonful of the mixture onto a baking tray, spacing them out, and flatten them gently with your hand.
5| Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 8-10 minutes, until the bubbling reduces slightly.
6| Remove the treats from the oven, let them sit for 1 minute, then place each piece over molds to shape them into cups.
7| Let the cups cool at room temperature until they harden.
8| For serving, remove the treats from the molds and top them with dark chocolate hazelnut spread and seasonal fruits.
