A New Delight for Brownie Lovers!

Ingredients:

- 120g Gürsoy Cocoa Hazelnut Spread
- 25g melted butter
- 1 egg
- 50g granulated sugar
- A pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1/2 packet baking powder
- 1 packet vanilla
- 1/3 cup flour & 2 tablespoons Gürsoy Hazelnut Meal



Preparation

1| Take 1 egg out of the fridge and let it come to room temperature.

2| Preheat your oven to 180°C (356°F).

3|   In a mixing bowl, whisk together the cocoa hazelnut spread, egg, and melted butter.

4|   Add the sugar to the mixture and continue whisking.

5|  Gradually incorporate the cocoa powder, baking powder, salt, and vanilla into the mixture.

6|  Finally, add the hazelnut flour and mix again until combined.

7|   Scoop a teaspoon of dough and place it on a baking tray using another spoon, leaving some space between each cookie.

8|   Lightly sprinkle sea salt on top of the cookies to create a sweet and salty balance.

9|  Bake in the preheated oven for 12-13 minutes. The baking time may vary depending on the oven, so it's important to check occasionally.

10|  Remove the cookies from the oven and let them cool slightly.

11|  Once the cookies have cooled, they are ready to be served.
