- Blender
- Loaf cake mold
- Freezer
Ingredients Needed for the Recipe:
- 3–4 frozen bananas
- 1 tablespoon of milk
- A handful of Gürsoy Roasted Hazelnut Kernels
- 3–4 teaspoons of Gürsoy Bitter Chocolate Hazelnut Spread
Preparation
1| Peel and slice the bananas, then place them in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
2| Coarsely chop the Gürsoy Roasted Hazelnut Kernels using a knife.
3| Blend the frozen bananas and milk in a blender until smooth.
4| Spread half of the mixture into a loaf cake mold. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of Gürsoy Bitter Chocolate Hazelnut Spread over it.
5| Sprinkle the coarsely chopped hazelnut kernels or Gürsoy Diced Hazelnuts on top.
6| Pour the remaining puree over the top and spread it evenly.
7| Drizzle some more Gürsoy Bitter Chocolate Hazelnut Spread on top.
8| Cover the top of your recipe with chopped hazelnuts.
9| Chill in the freezer for 3 hours, then serve your recipe.
